Have the user's MUA (Thunderbird, Evolution, ...) send email directly
via Gmail's submission servers bypassing Postfix on your server.

If multiple users are using your Postfix to send email from the
command-line, the most sensible thing is to give these users
mailboxes in your domain, and not send that mail via Gmail.

Having Postfix impersonate each user to Gmail is possible, but not
a good choice.

A paid domain account for Google Apps, may enable your server to
be an authorized agent for the users with a single server credential.
You'd have to check Google documentation on how that works.
