Note, I was not saying whether you have or don't have a "samples" directory on disk. Rather your main.cf or an override set during the build contains a setting for the Postfix "sample_directory" installation parameter that contains white-space. > I'll wait for 2.11.5 to come out to learn if that lack of quoting of $path > in post-install disappears. I don't think this alone will trigger a 2.11.5 release, it is not even a bug (though I am big fan of meticulous application of double-quote in shell scipts), since Postfix file names are required to be free of such whitespace. But, if there is a 2.11.5 release, perhaps the safety net Wietse is adding will be part of that. To get the package installation to work on your server fix the main.cf or other setting that is generating a "sample_directory" value with white-space. -- Viktor.
