The people doing mass the mailings are email-incompetent. These MUST be done as Bcc. They MUST NOT attempt to list all recipients in the To: or Cc: lines. Such mass mailings, if delivered, cause mail-storms when someone is foolish enough to Reply-Al. And they do stress various email header limits. -- Viktor.
