sadly no - SpamAssassin gives a penalty for mail with a missing MID header but set it too high leads in false positives up to payment confirmations of large companies (been there with missing date header in the same mail)
you could parse the recevied header and make md5 of the queue-id, date-header and message-id header, store that as key and the raw message in a longtext-field
