As per subject. http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#enable_long_queue_ids says: "For safety reasons the vowels (AEIOUaeiou) are excluded from the alphabet." In what way are vowels unsafe?
I can see why certain letters might be avoided in order to avoid typos (capital 'i' might be mistaken for lowercase 'l', capital 'O' for the number '0', etc.), but I'm not seeing how vowels are "unsafe". Could somebody explain this to me? thanks, -jf -- He who settles on the idea of the intelligent man as a static entity only shows himself to be a fool.
