I sent this message because I sent it a couple weeks ago to someone to ask them 
to print some documents. At that time it wasn’t flagged as spam by Gmail. I 
have also sent numerous, larger, messages to some gmail accounts, that all get 
flagged as spam.

That might be the case, but since the rest of the message is clearly not spam I 
guess any sane filter would not flag it as such. I could give it a try, the TLS 
doesn’t really matter for outgoing anyway.

Perhaps the new PTR hasn’t propagated to Gmail yet. I guess I’ll give it 
another try in a couple hours.
