I use

* Hildebrandt (_The Book of POSTFIX_, No Starch Press, 2005),
* Blum (_Postfix_, Sams publishing, 2001)
* Dent (_Postfix, the Definitive Guide_, O'Reilly, 2003)

as references for basic set-up, plus on-line references and
documentation for the new details. I feel that the books have held up well.

The books I'm using are old enough that it's time to look for more
recent material.
