no, because he just tries later or another MX

they can handle it and they don't break any RFC because
the RFC just says "try later" and not "try later with
the same client IP"

the problem with a large sending cluster is not real time
in case of Greylisting, the problem is that each delivery
attempt may come from a different cluster node and the
bigger the cluster the more likely is that they never
make it through your "interpretation of RFC"
