AS DOCUMENTED this specifies the DNSBL NAME in SMTP reject replies.

The DNSBL NAME is NOT a reply template. If you want a reply template,
then you are welcome to rip out the code from smtpd(8), and to make
it a library function that can be invoked by postscreen(8).
