OK, that is one mystery solved.

POSTSCREEN_README mentions each "postscreen_mumble_action" parameter
in the context of its "postscreen_mumble" feature. You want to have
that in postconf(5) too?

It mentions the highest-scoring DNSBL, not the first one. I try to
avoid revealing too much local configuration information.
