I do not have anything in my transport table I think, if by that you mean 
/etc/postfix/transport
I don’t know what a content_filter is, but it looks like it is not set: 

root@RichCookHomeMac (~ (BARE:master)): postconf | grep content_filter
content_filter =

Executing postsuper -r deferred had no discernable effect, even when followed 
by postfix reload; postfix flush
