If you don't like UNPARSEABLE_RELAY, then just disable the rule in spamassassin. For the formatting of the header, it's probably easier to use spamassassin itself: http://spamassassin.apache.org/full/3.4.x/doc/Mail_SpamAssassin_Conf.html#template_tags Tom
