I had another look at the logs and as it turns out, that's exactly what happens — I just happened to get the same selection (googlemail → IPv6, gmail → IPv4) three days in a row. Going back further reveals that it does indeed use both protocols for both recipient domains. Thanks for the hint! Regards, Nils
