I think the vast number of ESPs will accept submission on port 587. Only supporting port 25 for submission nowadays is a disaster considering the number of ISPs that block outbound port 25. Many will still offer 25 for backwards compatibility, but even those will use a separate IP address in the vast majority of cases so as not to mix submission with MX traffic. Peter
