Postfix snapshot 20140530 now supports dynamically-loadable database
plugins, and Postfix shared libraries.

Dynamically-loadable database plugins are useful for people who
create or install pre-compiled Postfix packages. Postfix shared
libraries reduce the size of Postfix executable files.

Thanks to Lamont for the initial implementation, and Viktor for the
port to "current" Postfix. I added support for a directory
dynamicmaps.cf.d to support per-plugin configurations files, just
like postfix-files.d.

The Postfix build/installation procedure has changed a bit, but
there should be enough time to adopt this before the next stable
Postfix release early 2015. Please see the RELEASE_NOTES.
