I think you mean SpamAssassin/Amavis headers.  You should probably take
further followup to the SA users list.

Well, USER_IN_WHITELIST_TO=-6 isn't helping this particular message get
tagged as spam....  Without that hit, the message would have scored ~9,
well over your threshold of 5.3.
