relay ip map

Hi there,

Is possible to create a hash map file with IPs to allow relay in my outbound 
server?
But I can not use the mynetworks entry to this.
I know that in 2.10 exist smtpd_relay_restrictions, but my version is 2.9.6.

Is there another way?
