The solution is NOT a transport map. Rather a virtual alias table.
virtual:
u...@example.com u...@server1.example.com, u...@server2.example.com
Each server must deliver mail addresses to user@[servername] locally
to the appropriate mailbox. The virtual alias table is identical on
both servers.
