Greylisting is great. The day that I implemented it I saw a 90%
reduction in spam. Don't hesitate.

It's really minimal and it only adds the delay to the first message
between users. I never get complaints about the delay.

This is a huge downside especially with the size of some of these
attachments. If you can block it before it fills your pipe you soften
any effect that the greylisting delay adds.

Don't forget about postscreen as well. It's easy to apply and does a
great job.
