Postfix supports DNSBLs and whitelists. For this I suggest postscreen
as documented at http://www.postfix.org/POSTSCREEN_README.html

This blocks mail based on SMTP client properties, regardless of who
they are sending mail to.

This would block mail from legitimate mailing lists. You cannot
decide that mail is spam just because it is sent to users in 
different domains.
