ok, so it may be explained by added in some 2.10 release and starting
with 2.11 the warning of duplicate entry was added and it was never
watched

that is very likely possible because of the always changed lines
i quoted before which stays at the end and ignore my indent

history maybe that the default of the safety net broke the
existing setups, was fixed and then added to the testmachines
without notice it was created at the end of the file

maybe such things *enver* should be added to "main.cf" and
implemented as internal, hardcoded defaults only overwritten
by edit "main.cf" by the admin
