if its virtual that is possible to make maps to lower case before
hashing
this will stop most of the problems, but if postfix change headers or
any content it breaks dkim
I believe postfix internally converts all ids to-lowercase while doing
hash map lookups
where is it dokumented ?
I need this because that will save all unnecessary tolower() function
calls in all reporting modules
roundcube have a login function to ignore case, dovecot have one aswell

but postfix is missing imho, since the problem is in mua configs
or imap/pop3 auth
