Correct. The changes to SPF proposed yesterday do not change anything.

I had a similar problem to yours,
Might I suggest adding smtp_bind_address and/or smtp_bind_address6 to
your config. In my case I added them tot he smtp entry in master.cf,
they seemed to fix the problem for me.
