Yes, the queue manager service is not special, but queue_directory is.

If one must force the outbound SMTP IP address depending on the
inbound SMTP IP address, specify "-o content_filter=foo:" in
master.cf.

1.2.3.4:smtp .. .. .. .. smtpd -o content_filter=smtp_1.2.3.4

smtp_1.2.3.4 .. .. .. .. smtp -o smtp_bind_address=1.2.3.4

This requires Postfix 2.7 or later.
