Why? t...@example.com or t...@domain.tld are perfectly valid system
users:

# getent passwd | grep test
t...@example.com:x:1011:1011::/home/t...@example.com:/bin/false
t...@domain.tld:x:1012:1012::/home/t...@domain.tld:/bin/false

No, they are two different users. They are not virtual users; they are
system users.


I want to use t...@example.com and t...@domain.tld, as this is what
users have for IMAP/SMTP logins on a different system, being migrated.
