/etc/postfix/recipient_bcc_maps:
   $ Old:
   # u...@example.com   ot...@example.com
   # Temporary:
   u...@example.com     ot...@maybespam.example.com

Then quarantine mail destined for maybespam.example.com.
This could be done with a transport map that diverts it.
