First, 1 message/second is almost 100 thousand a day. If you need to be able to send more, then you need to make arrangements with the receivers regardless of how Postfix implements outbound rate limits. Second, what leads you to believe that 0.1s rate delay would improve mail deliveries? I would not be surprised if some people were talking bullshit just to get you off their back. Wietse
