I've not configured third party software, content filter configured using 
header_checks = pcre:/etc/postfix/header_checks 

this rejects mails if any keyword defined  in header_checks triggers.

This is most likely not done by Postfix itself, but by third party 
software. Check the documentation for the content filter software in 
use.
