Hmmm. You must have missed the part of your list welcome message that said "TO 
REPORT A PROBLEM see http://www.postfix.org/DEBUG_README.html#mail";. Had you 
read that, you would found that we need postconf -n output as well as relevant 
non-verbose logging. It's probably a simple configuration issue. Reinstalling 
software rather than correcting the configuration is rarely helpful.
