So you mean the email address (not host) isn't really relevant here
and was not the source of the message being rejected?

Are you referring to the postfix entry from the successful delivery?
It looks like pretty much every other:

Mar 12 15:28:39 mail02 postfix/postscreen[4477]: CONNECT from
[64.68.76.15]:19735 to [64.111.222.27]:25
Mar 12 15:28:39 mail02 postfix/postscreen[4477]: WHITELISTED [64.68.76.15]:19735
Mar 12 15:28:39 mail02 postfix/smtpd[23998]: connect from unknown[64.68.76.15]

It's then processed by amavisd and delivered normally.
