with Microsoft's filtering for Hotmail. Getting your DNS records fit to
their concept of what a proper domain should have is an essential
component, but it is not likely to be sufficient to get their filtering
to change.

No one outside of Microsoft can know the full set of reasons that your
mail is being filtered. If your mail already has a history of being
rejected or filtered into the Hotmail spam folder you will probably need
to deal with Microsoft directly to solve the problem.
