Why not simply spread the newsletter load over both your outbounds to
begin with?

And BTW, if you're not a spammer, don't say "double opt in".  There is
no such thing.  Spammers invented this term.  If you are a legit sender,
the proper term is "confirmed opt in", or "COI".
