Like i think its important here is my a feedback to close this thread and help 
others in future:Problem is solve.
To solve the authentication part i installed cyrus-sasl-2.1.26.tar.gz and 
postfix-2.9.5.tar.gz from source (its a challenge for someone that is not use 
to it, but there is good manuals).The pkg that i downloaded had no support for 
sasl (postconf -A), that was why there was no errors in log when sasl was 
configured and not working (thks  Viktor).
When installing from source we need to put DUSE_SASL_AUTH -DUSE_CYRUS_SASL 
options to enable sasl...after that the config used was ok (improved with 
Viktor advice)
