Re-enable package updates (they are enabled by default). If you had them enabled, you would have postfix 2.9.3-2~12.04.4. IIRC, there were changes in postfix 2.9.2 or 3 to integrate better with openssl 1.0.1, which Ubuntu 12.04 also ships. Scott K
