Typically you'd set the envelop sender to one address, and use a
different list post address.  Never use the list post address as the
envelop sender address.  Simply look at the headers in my message to see
how the postfix mailing list does this.

Please re-read the list welcome message.  It tells you to send 'postconf
-n' NOT snippets from main/master.cf.
