sounds like that has less relate with postfix, it more depends to the
dkim signing solution you have choosen , ask on their list

the only special setup with postfix dkim i know, is i.e
if enabled and working dkim for a domain, disable it ( cut it out the
header ) for some broken mailhosts/firewalls ,with some special transport
but i guess this isnt what you mean
