Postfix does not allow clients to send an unlimited number of
commands like NOOP or RSET.
The default setting is:
smtpd_junk_command_limit = ${stress?1}${stress:100}
This means: under server overload conditions, Postfix will immediately
disconnect a client that sends commands like NOOP or RSET, instead
of sending mail.

What was the effective hard error limit: 1 or 20?
