reject_unauth_pipelining, in smtpd_recipient_restrictions

hello,
i just ask myself , is it useful to set reject_unauth_pipelining in 
"smtpd_recipient_restrictions"?
my thought was, its used only in DATA_restrictions.
am i on wrong way?
