I did not find dspam useful when I tried it. Yes it did tag spam which I filtered using procmail and it can be trained using different methods but in the end got rid of it and went back to amavisd-new with spamassassin, as well as clamav and the Sanesecurity signatures which I can confirm has been and is effective. For me at least.
