Why do you want this? What problem will it solve? Is it the Quest for 
the Perfect Headers? (We see that here on occasion.)

If so, forget it. It does not matter. No one reads headers. Most 
users don't even know how to read headers. And many who do read 
headers misunderstand them.

If you really must have each virtual domain on its own IP address, 
you'll probably end up NOT using virtual domains, at least not in the 
sense of shared hosting. Use separate instances of Postfix and 
Dovecot, each bound only to that domain's IP address.

Yes, it is much more work and is much more complicated. No, in most 
cases there is no real benefit.
