is an "postfix reload" performing an "postfix upgrade-configuration" ? Or do i have to execute "postfix upgrade-configuration" seperately? when do i have to use "postfix upgrade-configuration"?normal edits in the main.cf / master.cf i can activate with postfix reload, or?
