These checks are rather legacy -- I think probably a general set of
rules from someones posting here once upon a time. This particular check
was blocking all e-mail from china by blocking From *.com.cn which
hasn't triggered many complaints from our users, but seems antiquated in
this day and age of economy.
I just removed the checks blocking com.cn and net.cn addresses in hopes
that other filters will do their job and block any spam that would
arrive from those sources.
