This is not possible.
DNS lookups happen in the Postfix SMTP client.
Transport map lookups happen (in trivial-rewrite), before the
decision is made that mail will be delivered via SMTP.
OK, so I suppose the best way to go would be simply parsing the log
periodically and populate the transport file, according to some criteria?
