This may be a silly question, but is there a particular reason you want
two completely separate instances?  Out the box  postfix can support
multiple IP's and even if youa re wanting slightly different configs,
this can be done by provideing appropriate overrides in the master.cf,
and  binding smtpd's to different IP's.
