Right. This is a well known fact. 2 years ago I publicly reported this: http://stop.zona-m.net/2010/02/who-cancels-your-email-warning-to-infostrada-and-barracuda-users to the OP, I suggest to contact with alternate email address the admins and users of the Barracuda instances that are blocking your email (with a Barracuda sales rep in CC!) to let them know that dumb default settings and unclear documentation of the product will make them lose many legitimate email and maybe business opportunities. Adding as proof my post above or any other report of the same issue you can find online. Marco
