Eventually SOME system needs to generate a bounce, but on the system
which uses relocated_maps one sees:

Dec 12 12:50:54 mail2 postfix/smtpd[29643]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from
postamt.charite.de[141.42.206.36]: 550 5.1.6 <oliver.er...@charite.de>:
Recipient address rejected: User has moved to oliver.er...@utoronto.ca;
from=<ralf.hildebra...@charite.de> to=<oliver.er...@charite.de> proto=ESMTP
helo=<postamt.charite.de>

"NOQUEUE: reject:" indicating that the mail has not been accepted
(thus the sending system needs to craft & send a bounce!)
