there is not really need of "real cluster" postfix
do i.e loadbalancing and/or good mx dns strategy

more heavy then postfix is prepare setup for
simultan use imap/pop for such amount of users
also here loadbalancing and/or dovecot proxy might be used
perhaps look on the dovecot site for examples how to setup

you might need cluster the mailbox storage i.e with drbd and ocfs2 or
nfs , san etc

also might also need clustered database (sql) or ldap for authing and
other stuff

but there are many ways to goal this, depending to your local stuff and
finance, you should contact professionals for such setup to help
