Multiple entries transport maps

Hi, can i have multiple entries on transport maps of same domain?
Example:

/etc/postfix/transport
example.com              smtp:[1.1.1.1]
example.com              smtp:[2.2.2.2]
example.com              smtp:[3.3.3.3]


If one server go down i want to send with other mail server.
It's possible?
