+1 In all seriousness, don't do this yourself. Engage an ESP like mailchimp etc. What you're describing sounds terribly spammy. A good/reputable ESP will either take your business if what you're trying to do is on the up-and-up (and do it well for you) or you'll fail their sniff test and that's a pretty good indicator that what you're trying to do won't be very successful.
