I assume you read the docs. There are side effects that may cause problems in some environments. http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#smtpd_proxy_options I've been using it for quite a while with no ill effects with amavisd-new as the proxy. (We don't use per-user amavisd-new settings to avoid selectively rejecting recipients. We're a small enough environment where one-size-fits-all is acceptable.) -- Noel Jones
